A Hot Mess
A mess began.
Lumbering animal-angels descended.
Thrusting wildebeests of rage outlined
In spirit realm rhino, hippo, crafty crocodile
Craft crying vengeance.
Hot dust storms of devilment
Twisters twisting awhirl. Oh,
The cells miscreate and miscreate,
Make wrong and
Make wrong as a mother
Who spiked her life with stinginess and spite.
The cells miscreate
Make wrong
A fabric on a crooked Singer
Animal needle-teeth and eyes
Sewn askew and sewing
And so much gone
Made wrong.
